This property is 6 miles west of Montego Bay on the North Coast Road. Located on one of the highest mountaintops overlooking Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea, the site consists of 18 acres. Twelve buildings, helicopter pad and tennis court occupy five acres.

ACCOMMODATION: Five villa suites (9 air conditioned bedrooms) accommodate as many as 18 guests. Addition of the owner’s private villa (1 air conditioned bedroom) enables 20 guests. Guest rooms consist of 5 individual detached villa suites, each under separate roof, which can accommodate a total of 18 guests. Summary of beds: 3 kingsize beds, 6 queensize beds, 2 queensize sofa beds, 2 full size sofa beds. There is also a seperate one-bedroom owners suite available.

DINING: The primary dining area is glass enclosed with a 330-degree view of Montego Bay and the sea. The stunningly rare 15-foot, rainbow-colored French granite dining table can accommodate up to 18 people at one sitting. The villa has two of the finest chefs on the island who are skilled in the preparation of menus from simple Caribbean dining to international haute cuisine. Meals are not included in the rental rate, however, the "All-inclusive" meal plan, which includes breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres and dinner meals, is very affordable.

For more casual dining, the Gazebo sitting, located within the reflecting pool, which commands a 360-degree view, can accommodate 8 people. Silent Waters is fully equipped with a state of the art commercial kitchen, and two commercial grills for delicious Jamaican barbeques!Meals are not included in the rental rate, however, the "All-inclusive" meal plan, which includes breakfast, lunch, pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres and dinner meals, is very affordable.
